Chris Grant focuses on Labor, Wage & Hour, Prevailing Wage, and Campaign Finance and Election law.  He represents labor unions in NLRB matters, collective bargaining, and grievance-arbitration.  He has tried multiple unfair labor practice cases to conclusion, and has handled appeals in the 7th, 8th, and D.C. Circuits.  He also advises unions and 501(c)(3) and (c)(4) organizations on state-wide initiative petitions, establishing political action committees, and lobbying limits.

Chris graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2001 (J.D., summa cum laude).  Before attending law school, he helped lead a successful union organizing campaign at his workplace, serving on the organizing and negotiation committees.  He is an editor for The Developing Labor Law (6th ed.) and How to Take a Case Before the NLRB (8th ed.).  He is an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University School of Law, where he teaches a course on employee protections in non-traditional workplaces.
