Tom Herring joined Schuchat, Cook & Werner in 2023 and works in all areas of the Firm’s practice. Prior to joining the Firm, Tom represented individuals in employment discrimination matters throughout the administrative process to various stages of litigation.

During law school, Tom was a Staff Editor for the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law and received the Saint Louis University School of Law Pro Bono Legal Service Award his 3L year. Tom received his law degree with an employment law concentration in 2019.
