Marilyn S. Teitelbaum

Marilyn Teitelbaum focuses on Labor and Employment Discrimination law. She was on the Editorial Advisory Board of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law (2009-12), an Executive Editor of Employment Discrimination Law (2007)(4th Ed.), General Counsel of the ACLU-EM (1985-2005), Chair of the St. Louis Bar Association Labor Law Section (1986-87) and Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Labor Law Committee (1987-88). She co-chaired a national conference on sexual harassment and publishes articles on labor and employment discrimination topics. She is listed in the publication The Best Lawyers in America® 2007-2021, has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubble at AV Preeminent, and was elected to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2007.  She has been a member of the St. Louis Airport Commission since 2009. Marilyn was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1981, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 1999, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in 1978 and the U.S. District Court for the Seventh Circuit in 1985. She received her law degree from St. Louis University (J.D., magna cum laude and Order of Woolsack) and her Master’s Degree in English literature and Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) from Washington University. She is certified in MO to teach grades 9-12.
