Patrick Shinners works in all areas of the Firm's practice and has handled labor arbitrations and trials. He co-authored Federal and State Law Governing Public Employees, 3rd edition, Missouri Bar, 2008.  Patrick currently serves as the President elect for the Labor and Employment Section of BAMSL, and will take over as Chair in 2011.  While in law school, Patrick clerked for United States Magistrate Judge David D. Noce and served as a faculty fellow for Professor John Dunsford. He volunteers for Volunteer Lawyers Program of St. Louis. Patrick received a law degree and certificate in Employment Law from St. Louis University Law School in May 2005.  He is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois.
