James I Singer
Jim Singer focuses on Employee Benefits and Labor Law. Jim came to the Firm after working as an attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, 14th Region. Jim is a charter fellow, past officer, and past board member of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and served as a delegate to the 2002 National Summit on Retirement Savings. He has served as Union Co-Chair of the Committee on Employee Benefits of the Labor Law Section of the ABA (1990-1993) and has served as Co-Chair of the Senior Editors of Employee Benefits Law, a BNA publication where he is currently a Senior Editor. He is listed in the publication The Best Lawyers in America® 2007-09, Inc. Jim received his law degree from Northwestern University Law School in 1975 (J.D., cum laude) where he served on the editorial board of the Law Review.
