Charles A. Werner

Charles Werner has retired.  Charles practice focused on Labor, Education, and Employment Discrimination Law. He was active in the ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law (Section Chairman, Governing Council, and Committee Chairman); President of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis; and Chairman of the Missouri Bar Labor Law Committee. Charles was one of the Founding Fellows of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers (Officer, Board of Governors). He participated as a speaker in numerous continuing legal education programs; was a chapter editor of How Arbitration Works, BNA; and authored the chapter, Missouri Public Sector Labor Law, in Employer-Employee Law, 2nd Edition, Missouri Bar CLE.
